SILVER REGATTA SPARS
The mast, boom and sprit of the SIVER set are not as stiff as the GOLD set but this set is ideal for the lightweight sailor who has just started racing.
The SILVER f 45 x 2mm mast, f 32 x 1.6mm boom and f 25.4 x 1.6mm sprit are made of tempered 6082 aluminium tube.
The SILVER boom comes complete, with blue nylon in-and outboard end fittings, blue outhaul cleat, 4mm prestreched outhaul, 6mm prestreched/2mm wire, downhaul and 3mm Spectra strop with stainless steel ring for mainsheet.

SLEEVE OPTIMIST SAIL
Ideal for sailing schools. A sleeve pocket for the mast at the luff with a cutout for the sprit halyard block. This sail is created strong to last long and is of 4 US oz. high quality 100% dacron sailcloth.
The sail has 4 heavily reinforced corners, a loose foot and webbing loops at both the tack and the clew point to accommodate the boom. The sail does not have any sailbattens and each of the 5 panels has a different colour.

RIG TRAVEL BAG

DAGGERBOARD PROTECTION

OPTIMIST MAST STEPS
Stainless steel round type maststep. This maststep has an oval cup, which allows the mast to till forward when going downwind. Different mast rakes can easily be repeated by using the scale on the base plate.

MAST LOCK
Stainless steel lock to secure your mast from coming out of its step when the boat is capsized. This lock has a rubber insert and should be clamped around the mast just under the deck collar. We suggest to use the collar in addition to the rope locking system to create a double security. The lock will be provided with a line to attach it to the maststep.

HEAVY DUTY BUOOYANCY BAGS
According to the ILD'95 rules, Polyurethane coated nylon buoyancy bag. Bags made of polyurethane coated nylon are about half the weight and significantly stronger than bags made of PVC or PVC coated nylon. Some bags are available with a twist lock tube valve. This valve is attached to a piece of tubing. With this valve the bag can easily and quickly be inflated and deflated.

Ultra low profile CARBON tiller for Laser
Due to the ultra low profile design the traveller line does not touch the tiller when sailing upwind. This in combination with the high stiffness and low weight creates an amazing light feel when steering the boat. An anti-chafe plate protects the tiller when the traveller block hits it during tacking. A hard anodised aluminium clamleat is mounted for the rudderblade line.
The tiller above can be mounted with 100 or 120 cm carbon or aluminium Deluxe tillerextensions.
